Rio Injury Thread: "Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here"

Recently, it's been a cruel few weeks to gymnasts and gym fans. The Gym Gods have claimed quite a few victims and even starting an 'injury thread' seems to be tempting fate to add to the list. Nonetheless, they're happening despite the ritual sacrifices I've been offering to Mt. Olympus.
